THen yesterday I updated the game and now I just have black screen. AI boat captains: So there is either something in the sea around the main island that I don't know about or the AI sailing the boats are derps, as they seem to beech their boats every last one of them.
I have sat for a while watching them, and as soon as a new one spawns they sail for a few secs before heading for land and crashing their boats into the island. I noticed this around the southwest area of Madrugada. When I return, all the NPCs have Vanished and the area is clear, allowing me to walk in unchallenged. NPC Respawn cooldown: So while clearing a base, one that can't be captured. I will clear one side of the base, and then work on the other side, if the base is large enough, the other side will respawn as soon as my mini map is outside of their spawn place, and this is very small.
I mean it isn't a problem if you're farming kills for your backpack meter, but just feels a little poorly managed, a more reasonable respawn rate would be 5 mins or so. Dark mode. List view.
