There's also a little support for video files like tagging and managing them, but the editing is not available. The software uses a hierarchical tagging method to sort photos if you delete a tag from the software itself, then the tag gets removed from all the photos too. The version of Windows Photo Gallery also supports people tagging with face detection and recognition and geotagging.
